my best friend and i are getting tattoos, tomorrow hopefully, and we decided to get them on our forearms. then last night i was all “hold up, being a teacher i’ll more than likely have to wear long sleeves forever!” sooooooooo i don’t know if i should just go for it because the leniency might change in a couple years or just move the placement somewhere else. decisions!

any bikers out there?
does anyone know if peddling backwards on a stationary bike helps lose more calories? weird question, but i tried it out tonight and really felt the burn haha

I just got done playing ping pong with my bros on the new (and huge) ping pong table my little brother got. one of the things i got was this new scale i wanted, and it turns out i lost 7 lbs just from dieting and exercising these past few days! unbelievable.

Goal for the new year
alright! So I did some calculations and discovered that if I lose 6 lbs a month, starting 1/1/2011, I’ll reach my goal weight in may, right in time for my brothers graduation in Chicago and my trip to LA. 6 lbs a month means 1.5 lbs a week. I definitely have strength in myself that I will reach my goal weight. I will stick to healthy dieting and exercising to complete my goal. I CAN DO IT!!!
